I recently had a culinary and wine phenomena occur at a BOA Steakhouse in Caesars Palace. With its award winning cuisine and spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip, BOA Steakhouse is a "must do" for the Las Vegas diner. BOA's menu offers prime steaks, seafood, poultry and chops. Their wine list is awesome and will appeal to any level of wine connoisseur. BOA has been extremely successful with Trinitas Bigalow Zinfandel as their by the glass pour. Bigalow is our 120 year old single vineyard varietal. It also, just so happens that a man by the name of MR. BIGALOWE owns Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Needless to say, Bigalow Zin is a hit on the strip!
With it's expanded dining hours, BOA Steakhouse is a favorite for those catching a show or looking for a late night dining experience.
